Happy President's Day! I hope you have the day off and have something fun to fill your day. I was up before sunrise this morning ... and RISE it did. Old Sol came up in all it's glory ... so bright I had to close the windshield privacy drapes again because we're facing east and it was blinding me. I did get a couple pictures just as it peeked over the horizon. We arrived in the Central Time Zone yesterday when we crossed the Texas border so with stopping for gas (it takes awhile to fill up the motorhome), stopping for lunch and losing an hour ... it was a long day and we didn't arrive at our RV park in Van Horn until after 5 PM. Then, our satellite internet dish (Data Storm) after searching for an hour, still hadn't found the satellite in the southern sky. We gave up and Phil called the installer (he's in Florida right now) who is also our tech support and in just a few adjustments, they had our dish locked on and we were on line. Bill didn't know why it was confused ... maybe a senior moment like it's owners? We are off to Fort Stockton today, an easy day of only 117 miles so I'll try and get some pictures downloaded to the blog this afternoon and write some more.
