The life-size bronze statue of Presiding Officer, General George Washington and me in the Constitution Signers Hall of the wonderful National Constitution Center in Philadelphia PA. The exhibit features 42 men, 39 delegates who signed the Constitution on September 17 1787 as well as the three who didn't. In 1789, General Washington became the first President of the United States.
