Phil bellied up to the 1860s bar in Desert John's Saloon housed in the Frontier Museum. It has the largest collection of whiskey memorabelia in America. The bartender had a motion sensor attached that turned on a "Howdy stranger" welcome recording each time we walked in front of him.
