HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!

On this day in 2005, we were camped on the shore of Lake Champlain in New York state with our friends, Gloria, Les, Ardella and Don. Where has the time gone? This year, again we will spend the afternoon with Gloria and Les but we will be missing our good friends, Don and Ardella* who are at home in Payson, AZ.

Dinner is a potluck this afternoon with G & L and we have a couple movies to watch on their big-screen TV. Lazy, laid back day …

*Ardella is doing pretty good. She says she feels as well as can be expected and wants to do some more traveling but Don is fearful of taking her too far from her doctor.
