The Reflecting Pool is located where N.W. 5th street was in front of the Murrah Federal Building; the street where the terrorist parked his truck full of explosives. It is very shallow and flows gently over a narrow ledge around the edge where it is circulated back into the pool. The soothing sound has a very calming and peaceful affect.
