These pictures do not show how big the staging area really is. Probably covers 20 acres easily. This was one of two just a few miles apart.

    I noticed you were in the Denver area and noticed your blog. I starting looking at your pictures and noticed these pictures of the base camp for the Black Cat fire. I lived here in the camp for 18 days helping to put out the fire.
