Per Wikipedia: "The Sunsphere, a 266-foot (81 m) steel tower topped with a five-story gold globe, was built for the 1982 World's Fair. It still stands and remains a symbol for the city of Knoxville."

    Our whole family went there together and we lost Daniel! LOL we found him:) I've never seen Lindsey so terrified in my life. Daniel was just a little bitty blonde boy and would have been easy to snatch.. he just zigged when we zagged.. Later took my mom and i can remember she and I eating funnel cakes in front of the Chinese exibit.
