FIRE!Up on the hill above the Umpqua River that borders the Douglas County Fairgrounds. This area of Oregon is tinder dry and some gray matter challenged person probably threw out a lit cigarette! Don't scoff ... we saw it happen the day before. Fortunately no fire resulted from that act of stupidity.
